Get Yourself a Present for Poe’s Birthday!

We’re always up for a party here at Crime HQ, and today we have a great reason: it’s Edgar Allan Poe’s birthday! We’ll be filled with poe-tent content and doubtless more than a few poe-tents of gloom, but to start your day we offer up a few suggestions of things you might like to give yourself.  First, hit up Etsy and search Edgar Allan Poe.  There’s some poe-tentially excellent stuff there, like the Tales of Mystery and Imagination purse at left. But if purses aren’t your thing, they have Poe-themed jewelry, eReader cases, tee-shirts, mugs, even tiny little hand-bound, hand-crafted copies of Poe stories.

And then there are the goodies. No party would be complete without casks of poe-tions, brought up from dark and damp dungeons. And cupcakes.  There must be cupcakes. Preferably with ravens and Poe’s face upon them!
